This document contains relevant information for the upcoming ACAMIS Orange Division Football Championship scheduled for April 10th to 12th, 2025, at the International School of Tianjin. 07:30 – Busses from Hotel to IST Gym (full bus schedule to be confirmed)
07:45 – Coaches meeting
08:15 – Opening Ceremony
09:00 –16:15 – Pool Play Day 1
16:45 – 19:30 – Buffet Dinner and Social at IST
19:30 – Busses return to hotel
22:00 – Curfew: Lights out and room checks
07:45 – Busses from hotel to IST Gym (full bus schedule to be confirmed)
09:00 – 16:15 – Pool Play Day 2
16:30 – Busses to hotel
17:00 – Coaches dinner @ Shangri La – students can eat at the mall across from Shangri La at their own cost
21:00 – Busses return to hotel if staying at Crowne Plaza
22:00 – Curfew: Lights out and room checks
Check out of the hotel and bring bags on the bus if leaving today
07:30 – Busses from hotel to IST Gym (full bus schedule to be confirmed)
08:30 – 15:20 – FINALS DAY
15:45 – 16:45 – Awards Ceremony and farewell
17:00 – Busses leave to the airport
The ACAMIS Student Participation Agreement and Rules for ACAMIS Events pages should be completed by each player and their family. This should be collected by coaches and retained throughout the tournament. These will be included in the email containing this document.
