Our school employs a team of highly qualified and dedicated teachers, including locally hired Chinese language teachers. Our teachers come from numerous countries with American, New Zealand, Australian, British, and Canadian teachers representing the largest percentages.
Our school typically experiences an annual expatriate teacher retention rate above 80%. Over 2/3 of our teachers have advanced degrees and all are fully certified. Our teachers have previously taught at more than 150 different international schools and have an average of 12+ years teaching experience. Teachers are supported by talented Chinese teaching assistants, all of whom have university degrees and several of whom hold teaching certificates. Our hard-working non-academic administration includes an additional 40+ highly qualified local and expatriate support staff, currently with an average tenure of 15 years! The school also employs the services of external contractors, including cleaning, landscaping, security, and food services.
